So much of Dance is Joy. So much of Dance is about opening your heart and setting it free.

Breathe, release, you can't hold onto happiness. It has to be shared. It has to be shared. It has to be danced!

"Hastena Artham Pradarshayet" Our hands, our vehicles of meaning. We often look at them to infuse them with that meaning. And then, hopefully, it diffuses into the world.

Reaching for that place that isn't where you are, Looking at it, out in the distance, And knowing, if you dance hard enough, you're going to get there. You're going to get there. Fix your stare, fix your feet, fix that heart.

This Ground, Enabling Foundation and Flight, Is the Cornerstone. Bow Down Dancer, Touch, Feel, Pray and Play! It will carry you through the crusade.

The expanse of our arms are our universe. We can make it as big or as small as we need to. But the gaze - it's faraway, Always dancing into new galaxies, Searching new stars, For movement is ever-expanding And the light is right behind you, as you explore it.

Sometimes, you'll find the edge, in a corner. Dance is like that. You never know what you'll discover with every move. Until you look all around, eyes wide open, searching...

If the light could teach us to stay light, On our feet, In our minds, We could wait a while in it and let it warm our limbs. The dance will continue from here, Lighter and Brighter. Hence, Stronger.

Hands are designed for articulation, gesture and agility. Feet are designed for stability, grounding and balance. As dancers we get to play with it in both ways. Together, they point the dance in every direction it wants to go...

We stretch ourselves far in the hope that one day we will Move like we imagine we might. Sometimes, the change is so slight, You wonder why it took so much stretching to get it right!

Often you're waiting for something you know may never arrive. Somewhere between passive and dreamy Is also where a dancer resides, But you prolong the dance because the pausing is part of the strife. Linger a while, Your spirit will move when a sound calls like a sign.

As a dancer, You will go far. Further than you ever have. And when you look at that reach, The light in your eyes is something you glaringly feel.

To surrender, to submit, to bow down to your Art Takes courage, takes humility, takes resolve, An Artiste may be born when you're willing to give it your all. Strip it all away, Begin Bare, Begin from the ground. The journey to Art is a long and humbling one.
